Job Description:

Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with leasing agents, mortgage companies and real estate agents. Identifies trend-setter ideas; locates, proposes, and screens potential business partners and referral sources; closes new business deals; protects organization's value, while discovering and exploring opportunities. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. Assists clients with financial review; covers overall credit assessment; walk clients through online access. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:

- One year + sales experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good leadership ability
